Job Description

For our Real Estate Management department, we are looking for a technical building manager to fill a vacant position as soon as possible.

In this permanent full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural and building technology quality of our existing properties (focus: healthcare and social services facilities) throughout Unterfranken.

Your responsibilities include:

Annual property inspections and structural assessments of our real estate
Participation in building-related budget and financial planning
Review and approval of investment applications (existing buildings)
Support in the implementation of maintenance measures
Management and optimization of service and maintenance contracts
Registration and application for PV and CHP systems
Participation in the development of our janitorial services
Participation in other tasks related to the property lifecycle
Personnel and administrative support for our fire safety officer and the central janitorial services

Your Profile

You recognize yourself in our introductory text and can imagine being part of AWO.
You are a talented organizer and a "doer" with strong nerves.
You can provide proof of a degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Facility Management or a qualification as a Building Technician with professional experience in building maintenance.
You are proficient in dealing with technical and construction-specific regulations, DIN standards, ordinances, and laws.
You have experience in assessing building damage and a strong understanding of service and costs.
You are committed and motivated to independently familiarize yourself with our existing properties.
You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
You possess a valid driver's license class B.
