Your Role
For our new location in Hannover, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will take responsibility from the outset, build up and actively shape the location. Here you can fully utilize your leadership and organizational talents and decisively shape the development of our education sector.
The position is to be filled in full-time and permanent employment and offers the chance to positively impact the lives of many people while advancing our vision.
Responsibilities

Location Development & Network: You will shape the development and positive growth of our new Hannover location, ensuring continuous demand for our educational offerings through targeted networking.

Team Building & Leadership: You will build a team of coaches, instructors, and administrative staff, foster individual development, and ensure the success of the entire team as well as the achievement of company goals.

Project Management & Implementation: Together with project management, you will be responsible for implementing further training, coaching, language courses, and retraining programs, serving as the point of contact for participants, funding bodies, and cooperation partners.

Product Development & Target Group Focus: In coordination with other location managers and staff departments, you will continuously develop our educational offerings and ensure that our products reach the right target groups.

Budget & Resource Management: You will manage budgets, acquire and integrate new employees, continuously develop your team, and represent the location externally.

Company-Wide Development: As part of the Constellation Academy Group, you will contribute beyond BBQ to the development into a leading company in adult education nationwide.
Qualifications

Experience: You have several years of leadership experience with an educational provider or in adult education, and abbreviations like FBW, AVGS, BAMF, or AZAV are familiar to you.

Leadership: You enjoy inspiring your team as a leader, igniting enthusiasm for the company's shared goals and values, motivating them, and celebrating successes together with your employees.

Cooperation: With your ability to build and maintain networks, you support us in cooperating with relevant stakeholders.

Soft Skills: You are characterized by an organized and self-reliant way of working, as well as your strong social competence and assertiveness. You always remain calm and composed, even in difficult situations.

Competence: Good IT skills, experience working with Microsoft Teams and common Office programs, conversation and communication skills, as well as fluent German at C1 level, complete your profile.
