Your Mission:

  • You will be the point of contact for the technical management and continuous development of an internationally used Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
  • You will expertly orchestrate international projects and initiatives at the interface between business and IT.
  • You will support the structured recording, evaluation, and prioritization of business requirements from various countries and departments.
  • In your role, you will coordinate work packages, dependencies, and stakeholders within the entire CSM environment and take on tasks from agile, product-related, or classic roles, e.g., with Scrum Master, Product Owner-related responsibilities, or in project management.
  • You will work closely with IT architects, developers, consultants, and business departments, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Finally, you will ensure clear, target-group-oriented, and audience-appropriate communication in an international environment.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical support and further development of a central resource management tool, advise internal units on its use, support the introduction, training, and communication of new features, and participate in reporting and analysis requirements.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in managing or supporting international business-IT projects or platforms.
  • Experience with Customer Service Management solutions, ideally ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g., Scrum) and experience in product-related or project-oriented roles.
  • Understanding of Product Owner, project management, or Scrum Master tasks and their interplay, as well as a basic understanding of service processes and service business, ideally in the B2B environment.
  • Knowledge in the ITIL environment and understanding of customer service processes, especially in the context of CSM.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration in international projects.
  • Personally, we particularly value your strong communication and coordination skills, as well as your structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
