Your Mission:

  • Leverage your expertise to enable our customers to map their company-specific processes more effectively and efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth operation of our customers' IT systems.
  • Support us remotely by processing service tickets.
  • Earn the trust of your regular customers, make them future-proof in IT, and take care of all their concerns.

Your Skills:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar, or a degree in computer science, business informatics, computer science, or a related IT field.
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware ESXi, ideally also with backup software like Veeam.
  • Basic knowledge of network switches; manufacturer certifications are a plus.
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • We particularly value your problem-solving skills, structured and goal-oriented approach, customer focus, communication, and teamwork abilities.
