We are looking for a digitally savvy Tax Assistant/Financial Accountant/Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d) who not only masters classic financial accounting but also enjoys actively shaping and improving digital processes with clients.

Responsibilities

What awaits you:

• Digital Workplace: DATEV Unternehmen online, DMS, automation & interface solutions -- we are already largely paperless.
• Forward-thinking Consulting: You will not only support ongoing accounting but also guide clients towards efficient, digital ways of working.
• Prepare/create annual financial statements and profit calculations.
• Diverse Clients: From start-ups to large medium-sized businesses -- you will work closely with entrepreneurs who are open to change.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Completed training as a Tax Assistant, Financial Accountant, Balance Sheet Accountant, or Tax Specialist (m/f/d).
• Experience with DATEV and digital accounting processes.
• Enthusiasm for change, process thinking, and communication with clients.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Curiosity about new tools & automation possibilities.
