About BELLEVUE
BELLEVUE is an established premium publisher in the international real estate, lifestyle, and media environment. To support our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a reliable office assistant to help us with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and updating of data (e.g., customer and property data)
- Support with general office and administrative activities
- Filing, document management, and simple administrative tasks
- Preparation of documents and support of the team in daily business
- Support with organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Basic PC skills (MS Office, ideally experience with data maintenance)
- Initial experience with databases, CRM systems, or spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of digital tools & interest in AI
- Enjoyment of organizational tasks
- Independent work and good time management
- Very good German language skills
- Initial office experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Interest in media, real estate, lifestyle, or high-quality brands
