Referent für Marketing & Kommunikation (m/f/d)

The position is full-time (38 hours/week) but can also be flexibly designed in part-time models.

Your Responsibilities

• Further development of the brand and marketplace together with strategic leadership
• Planning, coordination, and creation of content for our B2B communication -- independent writing and editing of texts
• Participation in projects, events, and trade fairs, including media support and content preparation for various channels
• Support and continuous development of our communication (e.g., websites/landing pages, newsletters, and social media channels)
• Contact person for our licensees: organization, coordination, and support of licensee rounds
• Support and content development of the learning platform for our sales partners in the insurance sector

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field, as well as relevant professional experience, ideally in the B2B environment
• Very good written communication skills in German, a structured, independent way of working, and strong organizational skills
• Confident use of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and ideally experience in creating and editing photos and videos
• Interest in sustainable topics
