Product Manager* für smarte Energiemanagement-Software

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the planning and management of our software better.energy throughout the entire SaaS product lifecycle.
• You will work closely with development and UX/UI design.
• You will create and present decision proposals for management based on market analyses, KPIs, and business cases.
• You will support Customer Success, Support, and Technology in the introduction of new products and prepare training sessions and documentation.
• You will provide Marketing and Sales with information on product positioning, target groups, and go-to-market strategies.
• You will manage interface and stakeholder management between product development, operations, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed studies in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or comparable qualification.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in the software or SaaS industry.
• Know-how in software development, cloud, or hardware.
• Bonus for IoT, energy management, or green tech experience.
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and quick grasp of complex contexts.
• Team-oriented, self-reliant, and open to new approaches.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools, Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar tools is a plus.
• Practical German (C1) and English (min. B2) language skills.
