Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, ideally in games, digital entertainment, or mobile apps
  • Experience working with browser and mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play business models and player behavior
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with player data and dashboards (e.g. Tableau)
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Your Job

We are looking for a CRM Manager to own and evolve our player relationship strategies across browser and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle, retention, and monetization campaigns using CRM channels such as email, in-game messaging, push notifications, and web/mobile messaging.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and live game operations, with a strong focus on improving player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle strategies across browser and mobile games
  • Plan, create, and optimize segmented player communication campaigns (email, push notifications, in-game messages, web/mobile inbox)
  • Own player journeys from onboarding to reactivation and long-term retention
  • Design and manage event-based and automated campaigns tied to game updates, live events, promotions, and sales
  • Collaborate closely with Game Design, Live Ops, Product, and BI teams
  • Define CRM KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn) and continuously optimize performance
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, offers, and player segmentation
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice and player-centric communication
  • Maintain and improve CRM tooling, workflows, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
