About Billfox
Billfox originated from direct discussions with osteopaths. We observed how much time in daily practice was spent on administration rather than patient care -- and we wanted to change that.
Today, we are developing digital practice software that addresses this exact issue: simplifying processes, creating clarity, and noticeably easing daily routines. Our solution supports practices with billing, documentation, and organization, significantly reducing administrative effort. Hundreds of practices in Germany already use Billfox -- and we are continuing to grow.
As a small team, we collaborate closely, take responsibility, and build structures step by step. To achieve this, we are seeking support from individuals who are eager to contribute ideas, further develop processes, and shape the digital future of daily practice life with us.
We have successfully completed the initial development phase: our product is on the market, customers use Billfox daily, and provide us with valuable feedback.
Now, it's time to take the next steps: making processes scalable, strategically expanding marketing, further optimizing onboarding, and building new partnerships.
For this, we are looking for someone who is eager to take responsibility and actively co-shape the transition from development to the next growth phase with us.
