Tasks:

As Marketing Strategy Team Lead -- Automation, you will shape and execute marketing strategies for their automation portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing marketing team, set clear objectives, and foster expertise in market analysis, digital marketing, and product positioning.
  • Strategic Marketing: Translate automation strategies into actionable marketing plans and campaigns, creating compelling value propositions for connectivity and workflow optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, consulting, and application support teams to align initiatives and deliver impactful content.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Performance Management: Oversee campaign execution, define KPIs, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or automation management within healthcare or MedTech.
  • Leadership skills and experience in matrix organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics and automation, including laboratory workflow, TLA, IVD platforms, and connectivity
  • Proven ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives and engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
