(Senior) Research Consultant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- You will primarily be responsible for quantitative market research projects, especially representative consumer and business surveys. You will manage project implementation from kick-off to the publication of results.
- You will design studies, create proposals, and be responsible for technical advice and support for clients.
- You will conceptualize questionnaires, manage programming and pre-tests, as well as commission and coordinate field service providers.
- You will check and analyze result data using statistical software (SPSS).
- You will create result presentations with PowerPoint and present study results to clients or at events.
- You will prepare datasets for our database and visualize results for the Bitkom Dataverse (using Power BI).
- Within the scope of your projects for Bitkom e.V., you will work closely with colleagues from the respective specialist departments, the press, and management.
Your Profile:
- You have completed your university studies with outstanding success.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in market research, ideally with a connection to the digital economy or digitalization.
- You possess very good analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative survey methods.
- You are proficient in using SPSS or comparable analysis tools, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ideally have experience with online survey tools.
- You ideally have initial experience with data visualizations (e.g., using Microsoft Power BI).
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You work carefully, structured, independently, and reliably.
