Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: You will support our purchasing management and the project management team with important strategic topics.
  • Driving Digitalization: You will contribute to projects for the digitalization of our supply chain and actively participate in shaping our processes.
  • Shaping Process Optimization: You will be involved in the continuous development and optimization of our purchasing processes and purchasing reporting, contributing to greater efficiency.
  • Network & Support: As part of our project management team, you will support our global purchasing community and promote exchange within global purchasing.
  • Creating Structure and Efficiency: You will take responsibility for administrative processes within the purchasing department and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Independent Projects: You will implement your acquired knowledge and ideas by independently carrying out your own projects in the purchasing department.

Profile

  • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Personality and Work Style: You are organized, quality-conscious, analytical, and solution-oriented. You also have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team. You complete your tasks responsibly and in a structured manner.
  • Experience and Know-How: You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and initial experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Languages: Very good German and English skills.
