About the Role

Do you love bringing brands to life visually – whether on a smartphone screen or on paper? As our new Media Designer, you will be the creative engine for our communication. You will master the balance between fast social media content and high-quality design for print ads, pitch decks, and events.

Your Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling

You create compelling content for our social media channels (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn) – both organic and for paid ads.

Campaign Creation

You develop creative concepts (e.g., for our subscription) and implement them across all touchpoints.

Brand Design & Print

You design advertisements, flyers, and digital banners. You are also responsible for the visual appearance of our conference.

Pitch & Sales Support

You build professional pitch decks that convince our partners.

CRM & Analytics

You design and send our newsletters and create regular performance analyses.

Your Profile

Adobe Creative Cloud

You master Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign effortlessly.

Moving Content

You have experience in video editing with Premiere Pro (or After Effects) and a feel for trends in Reels/Shorts.

Creative All-Rounder

You can work with pixel-perfect precision and think outside the box.

Language Skills

You have a good eye for typography and a knack for short, punchy copy.
