Your Contribution to SUCCESS -- What You'll Achieve

• Lead the execution of the marketing and communication strategy, managing targeted mid- and long-term initiatives.
• Manage the continuous development and local adaptation of global application and assortment strategies.
• Analyze market conditions and target group-specific sales, margin, and customer development, defining control measures with sales.
• Act as a central interface between sales and marketing, combining market insights with sales needs for strategic, target-group-oriented marketing.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales and key account management, training the field sales team on target-group-specific applications.

Your Profile -- What You Bring

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, product, or category management.
• Strong methodological competence, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
