Your Contribution to the Success Story
- Fulfillment: Overall responsibility for the operational management of our fulfillment service provider, contact person for ad-hoc requests (external & internal), and execution of monthly performance reviews based on agreed KPIs (e.g., OTIF).
- Planning: Creation of volume forecasts for fulfillment in coordination with Marketing and Sales, proactive communication of deviations, special orders, and large campaigns.
- Inventory Management: Direct contact person within the supply chain for constant product availability in the fulfillment warehouse, in close cooperation with Purchasing and Planning.
- B2B Order Processing: Direct contact person for our Sales team to ensure efficient "OTIF" (on time, in full) deliveries to stationary retail. Ensuring compliance with retail delivery guidelines.
- ERP / IT: Key user and thus process responsibility for the information flow of the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process, master data maintenance & reporting.
- Transport Management: Planning and dispatching inbound and outbound logistics through our freight forwarding service providers, managing freight tenders, budget responsibility, and intra-year cost monitoring.
- Internal Communication: Proactive communication to interface departments in case of foreseeable deviations or delays in fulfillment and transport.
- Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of processes in your area of responsibility and the respective IT environment.

- Customer Success: Taking over the leadership and strategic development of our Customer Success team after the onboarding phase; aimed for after 6 to 12 months.
What You Bring Along
- Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar, or a successfully completed degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry in Supply Chain Management, ideally in e-commerce and retail, particularly in managing an external fulfillment service provider.
- You have experience with ERP systems (Xentral or similar) and are very proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
- You are familiar with the analysis of costs in your area of responsibility and proactively identify optimization potential.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality, do not give up when faced with obstacles, and pick up the phone to clarify questions directly.
- You have an eye for detail and a feel for numbers.
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- You take initiative, but also ask for help when needed.
- You want to contribute and further develop the area.
