To further develop our HR processes and ensure our digital personnel file and HR systems are future-proof, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) -- Digitalization & HR Systems, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of the digital personnel file
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding the digital personnel file
• Creation and maintenance of authorization and role models
• Ensuring data quality, data maintenance, and data protection regulations
• Close collaboration with IT, data protection, and payroll
• Creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and additional agreements
• Processing of new hires and leavers, as well as creation of terminations, warnings, and other labor law documents

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on HR systems, HR IT, or digitalization
• Experience with digital personnel files and document management systems
• Knowledge in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes
• Independent and committed way of working, as well as organizational and communication skills
• Creative thinking and a high affinity for current marketing trends and social media innovations
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
