EMPLOYMENT OFFICE
Ammunition Supply Center North -- Ammunition Depot Boostedt
- You will lead and supervise several workstations in an ammunition workshop.
- You will create inspection and completion reports on work carried out on ammunition.
- You will carry out maintenance, upkeep, servicing, modification, and conversion work on ammunition and lead employees in these tasks.
- You will monitor compliance with all protective and safety regulations when handling ammunition and explosives, as well as further accident prevention and fire safety regulations.
- You will perform dangerous goods law tasks as a designated responsible person for dangerous goods (svP GG).
- You will create the remuneration data records for the salaried employees in your sub-unit.
- Willingness to participate in training as a designated responsible person for dangerous goods for air freight (svP GG PersKat 6) and as a responsible person for dangerous goods for the transport modes road/rail/sea (svP GG S/E/See Bw), if not already held, is a prerequisite.
- The advertised position is to be filled as soon as possible.

WHAT MATTERS TO US
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, automotive mechanic, or comparable technical vocational training.
- You have completed training as an ammunition specialist.
- You are German within the meaning of Article 116 (1) of the Basic Law.
- Through your conduct, you commit to and uphold the free democratic basic order as defined by the Basic Law.
- You agree to participate in a medical employment examination.
- You agree to undergo an extended security screening.
- Successful completion of the Level Ü2 security screening is mandatory for filling the advertised position.
- There is no age limit for employment, but for potential appointment as a civil servant, you must generally not have reached the age of 50 at the time of appointment.

You have the qualification of a designated responsible person for dangerous goods for air freight (svP GG PersKat 6).

You hold a valid qualification as a responsible person for dangerous goods for the transport modes road/rail/sea (svP GG S/E/See Bw).

You have experience with the SASPF (Standard Application Software Product Family) system, particularly in the Bundeswehr's main logistics process (productive operation).

You have experience with the Microsoft operating system and standard MS Office software.

Employment or appointment to a civil servant position will generally be in the entry-level position of the middle technical service career path. Appointment to a higher position depends on meeting career path requirements and your professional experience.

Classification will be made in accordance with § 12 TVöD, considering the tasks to be performed, which are not only temporary, and the fulfillment of personal and collective requirements.
