With approximately 350 employees, in-house development, and an export share of 65%, our client is one of the leading global manufacturers of standard components/sensors for flow, temperature, and pressure measurement technology. The customer base ranges from mechanical and plant engineering to markets such as renewable energies and climate control. This is a succession plan with a clear perspective.
Responsibilities
- Support and development of key OEM series customers
- Strategic acquisition of new customers in dynamic growth markets such as energy, data center cooling, and industrial plant engineering
- Technical consultation and presentation of customer-specific measurement technology solutions
- Holistic customer support including quotations, negotiation, and contract conclusion
- Close collaboration with development, inside sales, marketing, and project management
Qualifications
- Sales personality with experience in complex standard components or an application engineer with strong communication skills
- Interest in technical customer applications and argumentation of technical advantages
- Enjoyment of consulting, responsibility, and negotiation – online and on-site
- Good English skills and willingness to travel approx. 25%
