If you want to join our company based in Hamburg and be part of our culture, this is your opportunity. We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out painting, cleaning, maintenance work, and repairs as requested by the nominated superior on board and the Senior Manager Riding Team.
- Prepare painting spaces with proper protective coverings to keep them free of paint and secure other equipment.
- Set up ventilators and other safety equipment to protect painters from unhealthy fumes.
- Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing them, filling holes and cracks with putty, and sanding them until they are smooth.
- Remove old finish using scrapers, chemical compounds, or blowtorches.
- Apply primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint sticks to them.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Follow safeguards, rules, and regulations.
- Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning.
- Create a list of necessary materials and tools.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Wiper, OS, AB, Helmsman, or Fitter.
- Craftsman skills, including handling of all usual tools.
