Your Responsibilities

• Carry out painting, cleaning, maintenance work, and repairs as requested by the nominated superior on board and the Senior Manager Riding Team.
• Prepare painting spaces with proper protective coverings to keep them free of paint and secure other equipment.
• Set up ventilators and other safety equipment to protect painters from unhealthy fumes.
• Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing them, filling holes and cracks with putty, and sanding them until they are smooth.
• Remove old finish using scrapers, chemical compounds, or blowtorches.
• Apply primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint sticks to them.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Follow safeguards, rules, and regulations.
• Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning.
• Create a list of necessary materials and tools.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Wiper, OS, AB, Helmsman, or Fitter.
• Craftsman skills, including handling of all usual tools.
