Your Responsibilities:

• Focus on customer service for the Spanish and Portuguese markets:
  • Key account/specialist retail/and project customers (all sales channels except B2C)
  • Central point of contact for all customers via telephone, email, customer portal solutions
  • Collaboration within the sales team (Sales Manager, Country Manager, Field Sales Team)
  • Primarily responsible for classic order processing/management tasks
  • Customer master data maintenance
  • Delivery date coordination, shipment notification, complaint processing
  • Support and representation for other export markets
  • Active collaboration with the Procurement, Accounting, and Logistics departments as well as external freight forwarders

Your Profile:

• You have a solid commercial education and experience in a similar role (with a focus on trade).
• Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard MS Office products (especially Excel).
• An independent and structured way of working, teamwork skills.
• A high degree of customer and service orientation complete your personal profile.
