About Carvion

Your Role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Fleet (m/f/d) with a hunter mentality and access to real decision-makers.
Your Responsibilities
- New customer acquisition in the passenger car fleet segment (30-500 vehicles)
- Active use of your network with managing directors, fleet managers, and purchasing agents
- Identification of potential, presentation of our services, and guidance through to closing the deal
- Close collaboration with management and marketing for effective lead processing
- Participation in industry events and expansion of your market penetration
Your Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the mobility, fleet, or leasing sector
- Excellent network within the relevant target group (SMEs, fleet decision-makers)
- High degree of personal responsibility, hunter mentality, and closing strength
- Confident communication at the decision-maker level, structured way of working, enthusiasm for sustainable solutions
