About the Role

Are you passionate about Google products, digital marketing, and sales?

Our client, a global leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing, is looking for a German Business Developer Representative to join their growing Google Ads team. In this role, you will work with German-speaking businesses, helping them grow through effective online advertising solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.

You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your contribution directly impacts customer success and business growth across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new advertisers through inbound and outbound leads
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of German-speaking clients
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutions
  • Optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performance
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when opportunities arise
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients' online marketing strategies

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive hunter mindset with confidence in outbound sales calls
  • Passion for sales, technology, and the digital advertising landscape
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of business models
