CELO Fixing Systems, headquartered in Aichach (Bavaria), is part of the international CELO Group, headquartered in Barcelona (Spain). The high-quality product range includes light-duty fixings, metal anchors, and chemical anchors, as well as screws, electrical, and sanitary fixings. The anchors, screws, and fixings are distributed to the German trade as well as to 80 countries worldwide.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities in Inside Sales

  • Leading and motivating the inside sales team with a focus on high customer satisfaction
  • Optimizing and controlling internal sales processes and continuous improvement of workflows
  • Close collaboration with field sales to maximize sales success
  • Active support in quotation preparation, order entry, and follow-up
  • Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships in the B2B sector
  • Analyzing sales figures and regular reporting to management
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards according to company specifications

Who We Are Looking For in Inside Sales Leadership (m/f/d)

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, sales, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in inside sales
  • Successfully demonstrated leadership experience in B2B sales, combined with a high customer focus and hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High self-motivation, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoyment of digitalization and process optimization
  • Experience with CRM systems and standard office applications
  • Team player with motivation and enthusiasm
