Start with us and take responsibility in the position described below.
- Ensuring performance monitoring and continuous improvement of physical logistics management
- Implementation, monitoring, and further development of relevant KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment)
- Ensuring the application of Airbus logistics solutions, processes, rules, and guidelines within the scope of physical logistics activities
- Actively driving problem-solving through efficient alarm and escalation processes
- Proposing and implementing local, short-term, and non-disruptive improvement initiatives, as well as exchanging experiences within the network of Logistics Service Managers
- Participating in the optimization of end-to-end logistics solutions and space utilization
- Ensuring the availability of standardized distribution resources in the required quality and quantity
- Participating in the further development of the logistics infrastructure and space management
- Evaluating logistical impacts of short- and medium-term planning changes
- Ensuring correct contract application by service providers and Airbus in compliance with budget and savings targets
- Creation, review, and validation of change requests (operational area, work specifications, ad-hoc services, claims)
- Participation in change requests within projects
- Conducting technical negotiations on unit prices, volumes, and forecasts
- Ensuring harmonized, agile contract management for timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery
- Development and implementation of work methods and training to support contract management
- Calculation and monitoring of the logistics budget in cooperation with the finance department
- Supporting procurement in the implementation and monitoring of contractual mechanisms
- Ensuring the alignment of logistical processes with the requirements of internal stakeholders
- Implementation and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Anticipating, questioning, and implementing requirements from internal stakeholders
- Ensuring risk management in cooperation with internal partners and logistics service providers, as well as conducting root cause analyses and deriving measures
- Responsibility for topics related to airworthiness authorities, quality, environment, health, safety, and dangerous goods within the scope of logistics processes
- Participation in company audits and measures for industrial maturity
- Planning, preparation, and execution of audits in cooperation with the quality department, as well as implementation of corrective actions
What We Are Looking For:
- Completed further training as a Fachwirt (m/f/d) or Techniker (m/f/d) in the fields of business administration, supply chain/logistics, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in supplier management and in supply chain/logistics
- Initial practical experience with SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective information flow
- Teamwork skills as well as a structured and responsible way of working
- High level of resilience, organizational skills, and personal responsibility
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
