Your Tasks:

  • You are the direct contact for managers on HR-relevant and personal topics – especially regarding certificates, personnel measures (e.g., entries, exits) and working time issues.
  • You handle individual requests efficiently, solution-oriented, and independently.
  • You prepare, organize, and implement personnel administration tasks in close coordination with internal interfaces such as business partners or recruiting.
  • You provide competent advice, develop suitable solutions, and document them reliably, including entering relevant information into HR systems.
  • You independently maintain, check, and update personnel data in HR systems (e.g., master data maintenance) and thus ensure high data quality.
  • You continuously develop existing HR processes and standards and actively contribute your own ideas.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR.
  • High consulting competence and strong customer and service orientation.
  • Very good communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Confident handling of conflict situations.
  • Enjoyment of team-oriented collaboration and a service-oriented work style.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of thinking.
