Description

The candidate must have extensive experience in project business, i.e., in commercial project management, including relevant experience in creating calculations, planning commercial key figures for related controlling via SAP Excel.

Activities:

• Creation and adaptation of calculations in Excel
• Planning / Controlling cost control with regard to compliance with commercial planning and budgets, including deviation analyses. Creation and adaptation of project planning and identification of opportunities and risks.
• Execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Invoicing of orders within the framework of the given guidelines via SAP
• Checking and approving third-party invoices
• Independent commercial processing of one or more projects, including independent coordination/communication with relevant interfaces (e.g., within the plant, in the department, with sales...)

Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (especially SAP value flows) are the basic requirements for this role
• You also distinguish yourself through good knowledge in controlling, especially the preparation and evaluation of data in SAP and Excel, as well as your knowledge regarding the invoicing of orders in SAP
• Basic knowledge of English; another foreign language is advantageous
• User knowledge in SAP R/3 or other required applications
• Independent, goal-oriented, and committed way of working, as well as fluent German language skills are essential
