This position is limited to one year, with the option for extension depending on business needs and performance.
Your Tasks:
- Manage the legal risks related to aircraft deliveries.
- Understand and manage the Aircraft Sales and Purchase Agreement (contract), with a focus on delivery-related topics.
- Directly contribute to Airbus' financial targets.
- Manage customer and financier relationships worldwide.
- Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (e.g., delays, defaults).
- Manage the delivery closing process for the transfer of title of the aircraft to the customer.
- Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing structure.
- Calculate the final aircraft price, issue invoices accordingly, ensure payment, and monitor payment progress.
- Represent Airbus at official and social events with customers.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in Procurement, Contract Management, and Sales.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Experience with English-language contracts.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and data structuring.
- Airbus experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP R/3.
- Google Workspace knowledge is an advantage.
- Business-fluent English; German is an advantage.
- Ability to bridge cultures, professions, backgrounds, mindsets, and companies across the globe.
- Ability to recognize and analyze interdependencies and functional processes.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style to meet deadlines and coordinate workflows efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
