Responsibilities:

Ensuring transparency, monitoring, and status overview of all shipping orders (delivery items)
Ensuring deliveries to the customer, including adherence to delivery milestones (national, EU, and worldwide)
Analyzing deviations in delivery dates and informing project managers in collaboration with purchasing
Ensuring the logistical process according to the framework conditions for deliveries in coordination with the involved stakeholders, including export/customs/tax requirements and Incoterms standards
Administrative execution of shipping orders (deliveries), including coordination and creation of delivery notes, as well as archiving of delivery documentation
Preparation, distribution, and filing of required documents, such as End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications

Personal Requirements:

Good communication skills to ensure information flow
Ability to integrate into a team
High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent

IT Skills:

MS Office: detailed specialist knowledge minimum
SAP: knowledge of detailed functions minimum
Confident handling of Incoterms

Language Skills:

German: business fluent minimum
English: business fluent minimum

Education:

Completed training as a freight forwarding merchant (Speditionskaufmann / -frau) or equivalent with several years of professional experience

Knowledge:

Solid practical and theoretical knowledge in project management, preferably in the developing and manufacturing industry

Further Qualifications:

Ability to prepare, distribute, and file required documents such as End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications
Competence in administrative tasks related to shipping orders, including coordination and creation of delivery notes and all associated documents
Analytical skills to quickly identify, analyze, and communicate deviations in delivery dates
