Responsibilities:
- Ensuring transparency, monitoring, and status overview of all shipping orders (delivery items)
- Ensuring deliveries to the customer, including adherence to delivery milestones (national, EU, and worldwide)
- Analyzing deviations in delivery dates and informing project managers in collaboration with purchasing
- Ensuring the logistical process according to the framework conditions for deliveries in coordination with the involved stakeholders, including export/customs/tax requirements and Incoterms standards
- Administrative execution of shipping orders (deliveries), including coordination and creation of delivery notes, as well as archiving of delivery documentation
- Preparation, distribution, and filing of required documents, such as End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications
Personal Requirements:
- Good communication skills to ensure information flow
- Ability to integrate into a team
- High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
IT Skills:
- MS Office: detailed specialist knowledge minimum
- SAP: knowledge of detailed functions minimum
- Confident handling of Incoterms
Language Skills:
- German: business fluent minimum
- English: business fluent minimum
Education:
- Completed training as a freight forwarding merchant (Speditionskaufmann / -frau) or equivalent with several years of professional experience
Knowledge:
- Solid practical and theoretical knowledge in project management, preferably in the developing and manufacturing industry
Further Qualifications:
- Ability to prepare, distribute, and file required documents such as End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications
- Competence in administrative tasks related to shipping orders, including coordination and creation of delivery notes and all associated documents
- Analytical skills to quickly identify, analyze, and communicate deviations in delivery dates
