CeramTec GmbH is seeking an HSE Manager (m/f/d) for Environmental Protection at their Marktredwitz location.

Your Area of Responsibility
As an Environmental Officer (m/f/d) and deputy Safety Specialist (m/f/d) at the Marktredwitz site, you will:
- Act as a company officer for waste, hazardous materials, pollution control, and water protection.
- Organize compliance with all environmentally relevant legal requirements and occupational safety, plant safety, and health protection regulations, adhering to internal guidelines.
- Support the senior safety officer in conducting hazard assessments and accident cause analyses.
- Conduct internal audits (ISO 14001) and participate in external audits.
- Advise specialists and managers on all environmental and safety-related matters.
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or an engineering degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, possess completed relevant training/further education (e.g., environment, hazardous materials, occupational safety) or be willing to acquire these qualifications.
- Demonstrated practical experience in at least one of the following areas: environmental protection, hazardous materials, occupational safety, or fire protection.
- Strong technical understanding and excellent implementation skills.
- Proficient communication and coordination skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills (spoken and written).
