Chapter 2 provides technologists to our customers to accelerate innovation and drive their business forward. Specializing in staff augmentation, we embed top-tier technology talent with companies seeking agility, expertise, and seamless integration into existing teams.
We are building a Product Analytics team for one of Europe's largest e-commerce companies and hiring multiple analysts on a full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis.
Data is crucial to developing their products and championing customer experiences. The team will evaluate digital experiences and deliver impactful insights to enhance their personalization, recommendations, browsing, and search experiences.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, applied scientists, and business leaders, leading data exploration, A/B testing, and hypothesis analysis to deeply understand their customers and products. You'll also track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Role:
- Define analytical strategies, align stakeholders, and independently deliver impactful insights.
- Deeply analyze user behaviors to drive product growth and improvements.
- Influence product decisions through robust, data-backed recommendations.
- Define and monitor essential product KPIs.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
- Act as a stakeholder liaison to align and communicate effectively around data insights.
About You:
- Experience in analytics roles (Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence), preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and SQL (including nested/repeated data).
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools, preferably Python, and familiarity with statistical modeling.
- Expert knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience analyzing user behavior data (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
