People Partner (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for People Leads, offering support in areas of performance, development, engagement, and communication.
• Coach People Leads through challenging conversations, feedback sessions, conflicts, and team challenges, emphasizing fairness and individual accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Culture Experience) to understand departmental needs and provide targeted support.
• Manage and facilitate performance processes, including setting clear expectations, conducting regular feedback, performing reviews, and addressing underperformance.
• Lead employee relations cases, ensuring consistency, thorough documentation, and legal compliance.
• Identify patterns in performance, engagement, attrition, and employee relations issues, and derive practical recommendations for managers and the leadership team.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role with close collaboration with leadership.
• Proficiency in guiding challenging employee situations (e.g., feedback, conflicts, performance issues) with a secure, fair, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, fundamental labor laws, and meticulous documentation in daily HR practices.
• Ideally, experience in a tech, scale-up, or start-up environment with dynamic structures.
• Excellent empathetic communication skills, combined with clarity, conviction, and the ability to address sensitive topics.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
