Deployment / Operations Manager - Munich (f/m/d)

About The Role

Your Daily Business

• Own and manage deployments of Circus systems at customer locations --- from pre-installation planning through go-live.
• Coordinate all site activities including logistics, delivery, installation, testing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and central project teams to execute according to plan.
• Ensure excellent communication and alignment with customer site teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate cross-functional feedback to tech and product teams.
• Track and report on key rollout metrics, such as installation time, service quality, and system performance.
• Help develop and refine best practices and SOPs for rollout processes.
• Represent Circus professionally and solutions-oriented on the ground.
• Travel occasionally between customer locations in your region (travel mostly local).

Base Qualifications

• 3--5 years of experience in field operations, deployment, or technical project execution.
• Hands-on mindset and experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. food service, retail ops, logistics, or tech rollouts).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German (native/fluent) and good command of English.
• Tech-savvy --- able to quickly understand how systems work and how to troubleshoot them.
• Comfortable working independently and managing external partners or technicians on-site.
• Based in or near Munich.
