Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance at a leading university or business school
  • 1--3 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment; initial experience in Finance or Controlling required
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for financial topics
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor, as well as the ability to interact successfully with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel; initial knowledge of LucaNet is an advantage

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for controlling for 1--2 practice clusters within our group of companies.
  • Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports for your practice cluster and discuss them with stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare important strategic decisions based on data
  • Identify potentials for growth and profitability increase within your practice cluster together with Operations
  • Support the further development of our finance and controlling processes and our tool landscape
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning
