CLEVOX is a growing startup from Bochum with a clear mission: to radically simplify and fully automate insurance processes. We build our own web platforms where customers can compare and digitally conclude health insurance policies, completely API-based, AI-supported, and with extremely lean processes. With us, you will develop digital machines that replace real business processes.

Your Role

You will develop modern frontends, automated backend processes, and internal tools that scale our company, with the perspective of eventually leading the IT team. You will work directly on the core of our system: platform, automations, CRM, marketing tracking, APIs & AI.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of modern frontends (Angular) with a conversion focus
• Backend & API development
• Building & further developing process automations (n8n, APIs, AI)
• Development of internal systems (e.g., own CRM & automation tools)
• Analysis of user & traffic data for platform optimization
• Prospectively: technical leadership of the IT department

• Mid- to Senior Level Fullstack Developer
• Very good understanding of frontend & backend
• Experience with MongoDB & modern web architectures
• Strong interest in automation, APIs & AI
• Self-motivated, structured, solution-oriented
• Desire to rethink processes, not just write code
