Onboarding Project Manager

You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for independent hotels and hotel groups onto Clock Hospitality Cloud, with opportunities to enhance your expertise in this field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis and Solution Formulation: Analyze customer requirements to offer tailored suggestions for software configurations and user stories, optimizing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects, deadlines, and foster customer bonds for smooth service adoption.
  • Schedule Coordination: Efficiently manage specialists' schedules to support customer engagements.
  • Coaching & Training: Provide comprehensive support for Clock PMS adoption.
  • On-Site Implementation: Ensure seamless software deployment and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Engage diverse customers in German (occasionally English).

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: At least two years in hospitality, preferably as Front Office Manager or in operational roles. Experience with new software and staff training is a plus.
  • Adaptability and Persistence: Can handle changes and keeps trying to reach goals
  • Quick Learner: Good at learning fast, organizing well, and paying attention to details.
  • Communication Skills: Great at talking and writing, important for talking with customers and teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Likes using technology, especially in hotels and similar businesses.
  • Service-Oriented: Enjoys helping others, good at making friends and keeping things positive.
