Your Role

To strengthen our Cloud Service team, we are looking for you immediately as a dedicated employee (m/f/d) to drive our growth and ensure first-class service quality.

Your Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our partners and customers and ensure the stable operation of their systems.
• You receive telephone and written support requests, document them, and process them using our ticket system.
• You take care of the provisioning, administration, and ongoing operation of customer systems.
• You work reliably in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts).
• You are eager to learn, continuously develop your skills, and contribute new ideas for process optimization.
• You are confident in organizing yourself in a remote environment and work efficiently and independently.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification.
• Initial professional experience in support and ideally in handling ticket systems.
• Experience with terminal server environments, ERP software, Windows Server, and basic knowledge of Linux are advantageous.
• Proficient in German and English communication; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and a structured approach to work.
