Communications Team Support\n\nWe are looking for a Communications Manager (m/f/d) to support our central Communications Team located in Frankfurt am Main. The primary objective is to strengthen CMS's profile and support external communications activities across the organisation.\n\nThis role can be based in Frankfurt, Warsaw, or London.\n\n### Main Responsibilities\n\n#### External communications\n\n* Develop and use consistent messaging that communicates CMS's scale, quality and achievements as well as help strengthen CMS's reputation as a sector focused, top tier firm in priority markets.\n\n#### Executive communications\n\n* Build and manage visibility for the CMS Executive Team and other Senior Leaders through media, events, thought leadership and social media channels.\n* Help align leadership narratives with strategy themes such as collaboration, innovation and client relationships.\n\n#### Content creation\n\n* Plan, research and create high quality content in various formats (editorials, video, podcast, digital storytelling).\n* Create messaging and materials around major corporate announcements.\n* Manage central publications, including editorial planning and copy development.\n* Support CMS-wide campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.\n\n#### Media Relations & monitoring\n\n* Coordinate proactive and reactive media relations; prepare spokespeople with talking points and Q&As.\n* Manage international media monitoring and produce insight reports for internal stakeholders.\n\n#### Awards, Rankings & Directories\n\n* Coordinate profiles in key legal directories.\n* Coordinate and draft submissions for award programmes.\n\n#### Social media & digital campaigns\n\n* Develop and coordinate social campaigns with the Digital Marketing team (LinkedIn).\n* Ensure brand consistency across channels and support digital marketing initiatives.\n\n#### Crisis communications\n\n* Contribute to global crisis preparedness planning and activities.\n* Provide support to the central crisis response team.\n* Serve as a coordination point with local CMS PR teams.\n\n### Requirements:\n\n* At least 3-5 years of experience in a PR in agency and/or in-house communications\n* English native speaker (or native speaker level) and high level of written and spoken accuracy\n* Excellent writing skills (spelling, grammar, proofreading, copywriting)\n* Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office suite and social media channels (specifically LinkedIn) as well as Copilot/ Harvey.\n* Skills and experience in various communications formats (videos, podcasts, etc.)\n* Highly organised in planning tasks and timelines, very high attention to detail\n* Service oriented attitude, hands on mentality, proactive approach\n* Ability to work internationally with sensitivity to cultural differences\n* Able to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, can cope with multiple work streams\n\n### What can you expect at CMS?\n\n* Learning a lot about various areas of business.\n* Time for professional development.
