Technical Support Engineer -- Munich (SaaS)
Our client, a leading SaaS company based in Munich, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen their customer success and operations team. Their platform helps businesses automate workflows and streamline data management across secure cloud environments.
About the Role:
You'll handle advanced technical cases, focusing on Azure integrations, SSO/SCIM onboarding, and database transformations (e.g. exporting and converting content to XLSX). Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you'll ensure a smooth onboarding process for enterprise clients and maintain exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success within SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, SSO/SCIM setup, and database management.
- Experience with SQL, Excel/XLSX exports, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot, or Jira is an advantage.

€50,000 -- €75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
