Your mission

• Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operation
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Actively participate in troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
• Train our employees in the efficient use of IT resources
• Maintain and update internal support documentation
• Manage users and permissions

Your profile

• Completed education or degree in the IT field or similar experience
• Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
• Experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Optional: Software Deployments
• Optional: Administration of Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
• High level of customer orientation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Optional: German)

The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
