About the Role
We are seeking motivated and fluent German-speaking graduates who are eager to launch their careers in low-code development using the Appian platform. This role offers structured training, hands-on project exposure, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program on Appian BPM and related technologies
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Appian-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements
- Support testing, debugging, and documentation of applications
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2023/2024 graduates preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, SQL, or scripting is a plus)
- Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and good command of English
- Willingness to relocate to and work from Germany
