About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Service Manager with foundational experience in low-code application platforms, preferably Appian. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate service delivery activities in a dynamic environment. German language proficiency is essential for daily customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications (primarily Appian).
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, incidents, and service requests.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely incident resolution and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor application performance, identify potential risks, and ensure service continuity.
- Support preparation of service reports, operational documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
- Participate in recurring customer meetings and communicate updates effectively in German and English.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality processes, and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and support teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of low-code platforms; Appian experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in German (mandatory) and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate across teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
