Role Details
Location: Munich, Germany (primarily remote; occasional in-person meetings)
Hours: 10--15 hours per week which can be worked on a flexible schedule
Rate: €15/hour
Contract type: Freelance / independent contractor
Working language: English
Bonus: Spanish and/or Italian
Responsibilities
- Support sales outreach and lead generation, including identifying potential clients and partners
- Conduct online research to identify leads, collaborators, and opportunities
- Assist with social media and email marketing campaigns, including setup and basic performance assessment
- Use AI search tools to support research, prospecting, and content preparation
- Organize and maintain data in Excel / Google Sheets (leads, contacts, outreach tracking)
- Provide general administrative support as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
About You
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a startup setting
- Clear and professional written communication in English
- Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets
- Curious, resourceful, and confident finding information online
- Interest in travel, culture, crafts, or creative businesses
- Prior experience in sales support, marketing, or administration is a plus (but not required)
