Role Details

Location: Munich, Germany (primarily remote; occasional in-person meetings)

Hours: 10--15 hours per week which can be worked on a flexible schedule

Rate: €15/hour

Contract type: Freelance / independent contractor

Working language: English

Bonus: Spanish and/or Italian

Responsibilities

  • Support sales outreach and lead generation, including identifying potential clients and partners
  • Conduct online research to identify leads, collaborators, and opportunities
  • Assist with social media and email marketing campaigns, including setup and basic performance assessment
  • Use AI search tools to support research, prospecting, and content preparation
  • Organize and maintain data in Excel / Google Sheets (leads, contacts, outreach tracking)
  • Provide general administrative support as needed in a fast-moving startup environment

About You

  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a startup setting
  • Clear and professional written communication in English
  • Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets
  • Curious, resourceful, and confident finding information online
  • Interest in travel, culture, crafts, or creative businesses
  • Prior experience in sales support, marketing, or administration is a plus (but not required)
