Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you are the central point of contact for our existing customers and actively responsible for revenue growth in your portfolio. You ensure that customers achieve success quickly through professional onboarding and targeted training -- and then strategically develop them further. You identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and ensure, through excellent support, that customers stay with us long-term and expand. Your focus is on sustainable revenue development through successful customer activation and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships.

  • Structured onboarding of new customers after contract signing -- you ensure that customers become productive quickly and celebrate initial successes.
  • Conducting product training and workshops for various user groups and use cases at the customer's site.
  • Independent account management with a clear focus on revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Active identification and realization of upselling and cross-selling opportunities -- based on usage patterns and expanded customer requirements.
  • Strategic account planning: Development of individual growth strategies for each customer with measurable revenue targets.
  • Conducting business reviews and strategy meetings to identify new potentials, needs, and optimization opportunities.
  • Activation measures to increase product usage and tap into further departments/locations at the customer's site.
  • Contract negotiations for renewals, expansions, and upgrades.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at various levels of the customer organization.
  • Pipeline management for expansion opportunities and consistent pursuit of sales goals.
  • Close exchange with the sales team to identify reference customers and joint sales opportunities.
  • Participation in the optimization of onboarding, training, and account management processes.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in account management, key account management, or sales with demonstrable revenue success.
  • Experience in onboarding and training customers -- you can convey complex content understandably and lead customers to success.
  • Sales strength and negotiation skills -- you recognize opportunities and close deals.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and a strong results orientation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
  • Independent, structured, and data-driven work style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable revenue growth, technology, and strategic customer development.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, any additional language is an advantage -- e.g., French.
