Our focus is on cardiac and endovascular platforms. We offer high-quality products such as diagnostic and interventional catheters, balloons, drug-eluting and self-expanding stents, guidewires, and devices to stop arterial bleeding.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager for the Rhine region. The work location is a home office. You will be primarily responsible for the following tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You have a passion for medical technology and quickly familiarize yourself with complex subject areas.
  • You find meaning in improving patients' quality of life daily through the sale of our products.
  • You view negotiations with users and purchasers as interesting aspects of your work, which you approach creatively, with initiative, and stress resistance.
  • You are responsible for revenue in your territory, and your success motivates you.
  • You are a networker, trend scout, and information broker.
  • You identify individual customer needs and develop strategies to address these needs in a focused and sustainable manner.
  • You support and coordinate the implementation of holistic solutions for our customers, covering areas beyond the pure product portfolio, including logistics, process management, and services.
  • Your empathy, energy, and perseverance are valued in your environment.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a completed degree in economics/natural sciences or a medical/nursing and/or commercial apprenticeship.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
  • A holistic view of complex challenges in the German healthcare system.
  • Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to successfully implement developed customer solutions.
  • High interest in specialized sales activities and a strong focus on success.
  • High motivation to convince users, medical professionals, and purchasers of our products.
  • Enjoyment of discussing complex medical issues.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work on complex short-, medium-, and long-term projects simultaneously.
  • Strong affinity for contacts and communication, a confident demeanor, and the ability to present convincingly and clearly.
  • High team awareness.
  • Experience in the sales of medical devices is desirable.
  • Willingness for extensive travel.
