Responsibilities

• Define data science goals that drive business impact and align with key company KPIs
• Develop and optimize LTV models to support product and monetization decisions
• Lead the design and implementation of robust A/B testing frameworks
• Deliver actionable insights through advanced statistical modeling and data analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps and strategy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Strong background in statistics and mathematics
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining LTV models
• Deep expertise in A/B testing methodologies and experiment design
• Proven experience in the gaming industry - a must
• Advanced SQL and Python skills - required
• Familiarity with large-scale data environments and cloud-based technologies - an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives
