What You'll Do

• Own a hybrid casual game's strategy, live operations, and performance
• Use data to guide product decisions and optimize KPIs
• Collaborate with UA, design, tech, and data teams
• Balance gameplay quality with business results
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver outcomes

What You Bring

• 4 years in F2P mobile games (hybrid/casual preferred), 2 in a similar position
• Proven ownership of a live game and responsibility for KPIs
• Strong grasp of monetization, game & economy design, and understanding of UA
• Hands-on mindset and ability to drive cross-functional execution
• Passion for mobile games and player-centric thinking
• Strong analytical skills
