Frontend Developer (m/f/d) – Shopify & React - Remote in Germany

📍 Remote in Germany | 🕓 Full-time | 💶 €50,000--€60,000 + bonus

We're looking for a Frontend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Shopify and a modern JavaScript stack to join a growing e-commerce agency working with fast-scaling brands in the DACH region.

You'll be part of a small, highly autonomous team, building performant and user-centric interfaces for clients in the Shopify ecosystem. If you're passionate about writing clean code, collaborating across disciplines, and owning your work from idea to release, this one's for you.

🚀 What you'll do

• Develop and maintain modern Shopify frontends using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid
• Build and extend custom Shopify themes and UI components
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, project managers and fellow developers
• Write clean, maintainable code using Git and agile workflows
• Solve real client challenges proactively and independently
• Optional: Contribute to extensions and internal development tools

🎯 What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development
• Solid knowledge of React , TypeScript , HTML , CSS
• At least 1 year of experience with Shopify and Liquid
• Strong Git/version control skills
• A proactive, communicative and team-oriented mindset
• Based in Germany with fluent German (C1) and English (B2+)

💡 Bonus points for

• Experience with Shopify Checkout customizations
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience building Shopify extensions
• A degree or Ausbildung in IT (Bootcamps accepted with solid hands-on work)
