Client Service Representative (m/f/d) for Domain Portfolios

Location: Wiesbaden -- Germany | Hybrid: 3 fixed days in the office, 2 days remote work

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM -- 6:00 PM

Languages: Fluent German and English

About the Position

We are looking for a Client Service Partner (m/f/d) to support our international B2B clients in the technology and internet/web services sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients needing assistance with CSC products and services.

You will work closely with global corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring that our clients' domain portfolios and digital assets are managed securely and optimally.

We welcome candidates with experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, airline, tourism, patient services, or gastronomy, as experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment is a significant advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email
  • Assistance with managing domain portfolios and digital assets
  • Resolving issues related to domains, DNS, digital certificates, brand management, billing, and technical matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams on projects, onboarding, and problem resolution
  • Developing product knowledge and providing expert advice to clients
  • Performance-oriented, e.g., based on Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Your Profile:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, gastronomy, tourism, or patient services
  • Clear, concise communication
  • Solution-oriented thinking and independent work
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingualism is an advantage
