Research Consultant, EVA Market Access
Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of German HTA/AMNOG dossier submissions, including providing consulting services for dossier strategy development and post-submission activities. This role requires seamless integration into co.faktor, specifically within the co.value team, which operates in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support German HTA/AMNOG health technology assessment projects within a project team of 2–4 members by independently drafting module sections and actively participating in regular internal team meetings
- Assist in the development of strategic briefing documents for health technology assessments, such as G-BA briefing books
- Participate regularly in client meetings, including preparation and documentation of meeting minutes
- Contribute to internal corporate and training sessions to foster knowledge sharing and team development
- Engage in marketing initiatives, such as webinars and LinkedIn posts, to strengthen the brand recognition of co.faktor and Cytel
- Occasional travel may be required

Education
- Master's degree in relevant scientific-, medical-, or health-economic field. MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.
Experience
- Prior industry- or consulting working experience is desirable, specifically in the field of German health-technology assessments, but not mandatory.
Skills
- Proficiency in the use of basic- and collaborative office IT programs like Apps included in the Microsoft365 suite
- Ability to work independent in a remote setting while setting priorities across multiple projects in agreement with the responsible project leader
- Adaptability to integrate into internal project team dynamics and work processes
- Affinity for medical writing and a general interest in accomplishing a fact-base from multiple sources
- General curiosity applied to problem solving
- Interest in client interactions with willingness to present results in front of a small audience
- Attention to detail to deliver work-outputs with limited need for re-work
- Ability to listen to client guidance, separate must haves from need to haves, and translates client comments into an action plan
